
Welcome to the Resources section of the site. Here we will be placing video links, podcasts and brief practices to help you hone your “trauma toolkit” and the skills you need to increase regulation of your autonomic nervous system. The aim is to be both practical and informative.
As the site is new, it may take a few weeks for more content to arrive. If you subscribe on the button at the bottom of the page, you should get an alert when we put new things on the site.

For now, please see our first video “Sat Nam” or Kirtan Kriya – a Kundalini yoga practice that should help your pre-frontal cortex to come online a little more, especially with practice. There is an introductory section to explain how it works, followed by original music and visuals.
